The best treatment doctors recommend for relieving the most pain you can, is different surgical procedures you can undergo to remove the different cysts, and adhesion’s. The cysts are generally what cause the pain in most women because they are on different organs, and cause pressure on organs, which in turn causes pain in these areas. The cysts can be removed though, only through a surgical procedure in which the doctor would physically go in, and cut the cyst from your body. Usually the cysts will not grow back, and the pain should subside a lot, but in some cases the cysts can come back as well as the pain.
